spawn command

spawn'NPC ID', Amount, Distance, true / false

Command effect: This command will spawn the NPC with the specified NPC ID. The Amount and Distance are optional. You can also optionally set whether the NPC will be hostile true or friendly false. A list of all NPC IDs is at gamesref.com/games/witcher-3/spawn-npc.
Example: spawn(bear_grizzly,50)

How to enter console commands

You will need to enable the console in order to enter commands. To do so, go to the folder The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt / bin / config / base / general.ini. Open the general.ini file with Notepad. Under [General], add DBGConsoleOn=true. Save and exit the file.

Now you can enter commands in the game. Open the console in the game by pressing the ~/~ button.
