This command will unlock all bosses of alpha quality. If you want to unlock all bosses with a difficulty of 2, use the command DefeatBoss.

Parameters

PlayerID is the player's in-game UE4 ID. This is optional and you can set it to 0 if you are playing in single-player.

How to open the Ark command console

Press the Tab key to open the command console on PC. On Xbox, press LB RB Xand Y at the same time. On PlayStation, press L1 R1 Square and Triangle at the same time.
